Easy and affordable gift ideas for your class participants
The holidays are a great time of year for giving! During this time of year, you may start receiving Christmas presents from your members. Naturally you may also feel like you want to give back. However if you teach a large group, this can get to be expensive. I have come up with some affordable gift ideas you can use to give to your class members.

Another gift idea is a raffle. Get an assortment of Zumba® wear and raffle it off during class. You could get a few water bottles, towels, socks, scarves, bags, T-shirts, etc. Not everyone will win an item though, but you could offer more substantial gifts. Personally, I think this is more preferable to do for a Zumbathon rather than gifting for Christmas but here’s that option.
Everyone likes candy. Buy a bag of chocolates and put them into bags or jars or get a few boxes of candy canes, dress them up a little with some ribbon and maybe a card and pass them out! If you want to get fancy, look up gifts for large groups on pinterest. You can find a lot of cute ideas there too! For example, I saw a little card on some Jolly Ranchers that said “have a JOLLY Christmas”.
Want a free option? Do an entire class of member requests. The week prior to Christmas, have your members tell you which songs are their favorites. You could print out a list of all the songs you know or simply put up a sign-up sheet and have members write down their faves! Then have a rockin’ dance party created by them!
